Winnipeg Orofacial Health Centre is a boutique specialty clinic focused on advanced oral diagnosis and surgical care. We combine precision diagnostics with expert treatment in oral medicine, oral and maxillofacial pathology, and oral and maxillofacial surgery, supporting comprehensive, patient-centered solutions for complex orofacial conditions.

Our expertise includes the diagnosis and management of oral mucosal diseases, precancerous and cancerous lesions, salivary gland disorders, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMD), and facial pain. We also provide surgical services including extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and advanced maxillofacial procedures.

Do I need a referral?
Referrals are welcome, and patients may also request an appointment directly. If you are unsure, contact us and we will guide you.
Can you do a pre-determination?
Yes. We can help with a pre-determination before your appointment, and we are happy to review coverage details in advance.
Do you direct bill insurance?
Direct billing is available for select plans, including CDCP and NIHB. For most private insurance plans, patients pay at the appointment and can be reimbursed after.
Where do I park?
Free street parking is available nearby. We are located at 107–147 Provencher Blvd in St. Boniface.
